3種形容詞用法 令你的英文更地道

學語言，當然要學最地道的說法，但不一定要背諺語，3個形容詞就幫到你啦，一秒變身外國人不困難。

1. a…person 很喜歡…；是…型的人 

例：我很喜歡狗。

 

(普通) I like dogs very much.

(地道) I'm a dog person.

 

也可以說 I'm a huge dog fan. 

2. much of 很…；太…

例：辦公室重新裝修後沒有太大差別。 

 

(普通) The office’s renovation is not too different from before.

(地道) The office’s renovation doesn't make too much of a difference.

 

例： 幸運地，他的錯沒有造成更嚴重的問題。

 

(普通) Luckily, his mistake did not cause a serious problem.

(地道) Luckily, his mistake did not cause much of a problem.

 

3. be –able 可…；能… 

例：你的想法可行。 

 

(普通) Your idea can be done.

(地道) Your idea is doable.

 

例：大會議室可以使用。 

 

(普通) We can use the main conference room.

(地道) The main conference room is available.
